DESCRIPTION:WANDO MOUNT PLEASANT — Area residents can receive free help 
 with their taxes at several Charleston County Public Library branches 
 through a project coordinated with VITA and AARP. AARP requires 
 appointments for tax assistance services at the Wando Mount Pleasant 
 branch. Representatives will take in-person registrations beginning at 9 
 a.m. and then see registered patrons in order beginning at 12 p.m. Space is 
 limited. First come\, first served. \n\nOn Mondays and Fridays\, visit the 
 branch beginning at 9 a.m. to register for a same-day afternoon appointment 
 February 3-April 13. \n
